#68 – Nail Biting
This habit is unbecoming. Anyone over the age of 13 or 14 who bites his/her nails would rather not; yet, if it has become such a compelling habit, keeping one’s fingers out of the mouth is next to impossible. The self-image feelings that tag along are also depressing.
